Exceptional
One thing at Holiday Inn Wigston you can expect for sure is that they will always exceed your expectations, It was my son’s 17th birthday and I had informed the hotel about it,Samantha the manager and Magda from the reception surprised us with an extremely beautiful setup, they made it so special for my son, it will be an unforgettable moment and we will relish upon for years to come. This time we stayed for 3 nights and the entire stay was extremely comfortable, very clean and tidy room, a good shower and a bath is just an added bonus. Gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment. Its been a great pleasure.

The Best!
Stayed as our first holiday. Very near Leicester city but not too central. Much needed excellent facilities In big modern rooms ie little fridge comfy sofa and table so sit at. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Everything you could want for breakfast including gorgeous cake. A Sainsbury’s local 5 mins away. Near lots of Leicester attractions. First class hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there
Usual holiday inn hotel standards with good customer service
excellent customer service in bar and restaurant. Beds comfortable. Pet friendly with a little corner of the restaurant also set aside for this purpose as well
A great hotel.
Booking in was very quick and efficient. My room was very clean and warm. The evening meal was delicious served by Natalie who was very helpful and seemed genuinely keen to please. Parking here is very easy plenty of spaces - free. Great value
Lunch meeting
Came in for a meeting, 2ladies looked after us and made us feel at home. Had some lunch,beautifully served by Sophie and Helen
Extremely professional at their jobs. Which makes me want to come back again and be served by them again!

5/5 all new and all clean Bhakti who served the breakfast was so helpful and polite definitely coming back here.. room was really clean and bathroom was new with a great shower, good location, nice view over the park really relaxing no noise at night xx great stay
Business Trip
Another business trip another fabulous stay in this wonderful hotel special mention to the following staff members who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable Sammy on reception Billy, George and Josh on the bar not forgetting Claire and Natalie and last but not least Samson in the kitchen
A pleasant stay in Wigston
Great wee hotel very reasonably priced situated on the out skirts of Leicester, in Wigston village, the staff were very efficient and friendly. We stayed for three nights breakfasts were the usual hotel buffet breakfast but were very good, room was clean and tidy and well serviced. We ate in the hotels restaurant Villa Italia on one of the nights it was excellent. There was a wedding in the hotel on the Saturday night, but there was no noise problem, all in all a good break at this hotel will definitely stay here again.
Dirty cups
Although the room was pleasant and comfortable the cups and spoons provided were dirty, there was no soap, hand wash or shower gel and the sheet on the bed was lopsided and tucked in only one side until I remade the bed the following morning. The staff we met were all welcoming and I can recommend eating at Bella Italia
Brilliant 2 night stay
Spent 2 nights on a bed and breakfast basis and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom and bathroom exceeded expectations and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, buffet style with plenty of choices from the cold table and the usual hot bacon, eggs and sausages etc. Staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly especially the receptionist, and restaurant manageress.
Large car park and bus stop nearby for regular quick service to city centre. Also only a 15/20 minute walk into Wigston for the pubs and restaurants. Will definitely return.
